49k-Mile 2009 Porsche 997.2 Carrera S Cabriolet

For the 2009 model year, the updated Porsche 997.2 generation introduced more powerful direct fuel-injected engines and the newly available 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK). This first-year 997.2 Carrera S Cabriolet is finished in Black over a Black and Terracotta bicolor interior and is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK automatic transmission. Additional options include a limited-slip rear differential, the Interior Carbon Package, the Sport Chrono Package Plus, carbon fiber Sport Bucket Seats, a body-color center console, and the BOSE High-End Sound Package, while modifications include a Fabspeed exhaust and intake. Showing approximately 49k miles, this example is now being offered for auction in Oregon.
This Carrera S Cabriolet is finished in Black with a matching power-retractable soft top, and can be distinguished as an S model by its red-painted brake calipers and quad exhaust outlets. Other accessories include bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. It rides on 19” Carrera S II wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the cabin is trimmed in Black and Terracotta bicolor leather and features carbon fiber Sport Bucket Seats, the Interior Carbon Package, and a storage bin lid finished in Alcantara with the model logo. Exclusive options include a body-color rear center console and an aluminum footrest. Additional equipment includes the Sport Chrono Package Plus with a dashboard timer, the BOSE High-End Sound Package, and a navigation module for the PCM. A K40 radar detector has been integrated. The seller states that all gauges, electronics, and accessories are functioning properly.
A naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 385 HP to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. A Fabspeed exhaust system with an X-pipe and mufflers has been installed along with a Fabspeed intake.Equipped with the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, the Carrera S can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.3 seconds. Standard performance features include Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) with a 10mm lower ride height compared to the base Carrera, along with a limited-slip rear differential.

@ParkPlaceLTD I think what you're seeing is exhaust residue that might have leaked from the exhaust clamp thats there. No rust on this undercarriage.

@Oscarfish 2 keys come with the car as well as owners manual. Unfortunately we did not get the service records with this car, however, carfax has a good history listed on it.
The engine has not been scoped, although the engines that score more often are the engines from the 997.1 not so much the 997.2
PDK shifts amazingly, no issues. No oil leaks either.

Do you have both keys, full manuals and all records? Have you had the cylinders scoped to check for bore scoring? Does the PDK shift smoothly? Any oil leaks?
